Fresh Wharf Estate is a 17 acre site in Barking, Essex, bounded on one side by the A406 (North Circular) and the River Roding (a tributary of the Thames) on the other side.

Formerly a brownfield industrial site, Fresh Wharf is in the middle of an exciting mixed-use regeneration programme, which is providing superb living and employment opportunities.
